Refund & Cancellation Policy:

  • Up to 15th September 2026: 75% of the registration and accommodation fee would be refunded (excluding GST).
  • Before 1st November 2026: 50% of the registration and accommodation fee would be refunded (excluding GST).
  • After 1st November 2026: No Refund.
  • All queries and requests for cancellation should be made to the conference secretariat at ncpid2026pune@gmail.com
  • Any query of request after 1st November 2026 will not be entertained and no refund can be availed.
  • Any applicable refund will be excluding the GST paid at the time of registration.
  • Registration is not transferable.
  • The refund will be made by cheque/bank transfer within one month after the conference completion.
  • Cancellation must be notified to the conference secretariat by email to ncpid2026pune@gmail.com / conferences@vamaevents.com with subject line ‘Cancellation’. The Secretariat reserves the right of approving the cancellations and the refund amount. All the refunds will be made after the conference is over.
